Our events are a blend of fun interaction and helpful content that will give you practical ways to improve your marriage day to day. Engaged and married couples are invited to attend, and even if your spouse isn’t able to make it, you can come and learn and grow anyway!
Married Life Date Nights
Biblical Wisdom from Hebrews • Applied to Your Marriage
Married Life Date Night is a fun and encouraging evening designed to help couples invest in their relationship. Enjoy a night away with your spouse featuring light appetizers and refreshments, engaging activities, practical Biblical encouragement, and meaningful conversations that strengthen your marriage.
Our Married Life Team spends the year praying for the marriages in our church and intentionally planning each Date Night with you in mind. Their heart is to create evenings that are meaningful, encouraging, and practical...while making sure you have plenty of opportunities to laugh, connect, and simply enjoy being together!
Whether you've been married for a few months or many years, Date Nights are a great opportunity to connect, laugh, learn, and grow together in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Childcare is available with pre-registration, making it easy to enjoy a worry-free night out together.
Building a Better Marriage
These classes are on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm-9pm (doors open at 6pm)at Koinonia Church.
This class will discuss the foundation necessary for building a successful marriage. You will discover how to deal with unmet needs, unhealed hurts and unresolved issues.
We will cover topics including:
- How to have a fight
- The pillars of marriage
- Sex or intimacy
- Financial peace
- Spiritual alignment
This class will strengthen a healthy marriage and help to rebuild a fractured one. Those who are planning to be married will find this small group extremely helpful.
If you are planning to be married by a Koinonia Church pastor, this class is required.
Free childcare is available at Koinonia Church (space may be limited).
For those married…or about to be married, we offer practical marriage counseling and tools that can help you grow as a couple.
Building a Successful Marriage class
The Building a Successful Marriage class which is offered three times a year is a powerful way to strengthen your relationship.
