Areas of Development

SPIRITUAL

In KSM, you will strengthen your spiritual foundation. Throughout the program, you’ll delve into scripture, enrich your prayer life, and expand your connection with God. You’ll also experience discipleship under Jesus, grasp transformation through Him, and actively engage in His mission.

PERSONAL

In this journey, our desire is for you to discover the unique purpose God created you for. You’ll have the opportunity to recognize the divine gifts bestowed upon you. You’ll learn about yourself and how you can best contribute to the body of Christ.

LEADERSHIP

This process will further your love for God and your compassion for others. This will position you to develop strong character and learn to lead with genuine care and empathy. Throughout this journey, you’ll be encouraged to cultivate practical leadership skills such as decision-making, communication, and conflict resolution.

MINISTRY

Through your involvement in KSM, you’ll expand your ministry expertise. You’ll gain firsthand experience in both church and departmental ministries and immerse yourself in service opportunities. From hands-on tasks to cultivating meaningful relationships, you’ll witness the multifaceted nature of ministry, from start to finish.

TIME COMMITMENT

This is an 18-month “Certificate of Practical Ministry” program with classes taken in 3 semesters of 18 weeks each (fall, spring, fall). Classes are held one night a week from 6:30pm-9:30pm (generally on Tuesdays) and one Saturday per month.

COST

The cost for KSM tuition is $500. This includes classes, practicum experiences, and books for all 3 semesters. $125 Deposit is due upon registration. Payment arrangements are available upon request.

WORK/COLLEGE

KSM is perfect for participants who work, attend college, or have family obligations.
